The best? Hoppe Quadzilla. It's not inexpensive by any means, but the best out there.

 

Been looking at the vector with the stereo, it hooks right up to the oem windsheild dock,is that a good one

You have to be careful putting too much weight on the OEM windshield bracket. It is made from chrome plated aluminum so it is not overly strong. For the light weight of a polycarbonate windscreen, it works fine. For the mass of a fairing, with a stereo and a liner, not so much. Also keep in mind that the more mass you add to your fork, the more steering effort is going to be required. Additionally, fork mounted fairings can act like a sail in cross winds and will want to pull the handlebars out of your hands.

 

You'll find these fairings are some of the nicest available.

 

Finding the right batwing seems impossible, the quadzilla is ridiculous, the tky looks like a lot of work, what do you have?

 

Mine's like the one on the left. The one on the right is a fixed Road Glide fairing.
