Just found a scrape on my headlight rim. Probably from the last service.

Anyone have the rim, or entire bucket for sale? Or know where I can get only a rim?

Thanks

If you have a Volusia small headlight I can probably send you one as I replaced mine with one from a C50 but, if you have the C50 can't help.

Now that I know it's $78.99- I'm also de-motivated to buy new.

I'll keep looking for a used one.

Depends on the bucket. Some are as cheap as $99.00 or as much as $500.00 (Mariah model). The other factor is there isn't an after market mount out there for a C-50 at least not a mass produced one yet.

What's the price of the entire project when going to Tradewinds light?

I bought a "generic" 3rd party mount and Jim2005 did a retrofit on it for me so my bucket would fit. Basically you'll need a blow torch to bend the mount to the correct angle. I haven't look for a mount in over a year so maybe someone has come up with one that fits by now.

So, did you make your own mount?

it is ALOT easier if there were after market parts in the supply chain but I never found any. Tradewinds didn't even want to make a mount to fit the bike but wanted to retrofit a mount to fit mine. Of course they also wanted my bike for 3 weeks too to do the job.
