I would think so, although you'll need new cables to go with them. Don't take my word for it though, there are others that are smarter than me. Hang out for a while. Just don't feed the monkey.

I may be mistaken but I believe the OEM bars are 1” diameter. You may need to look at a different set of risers as well.
Hopefully someone will be along soon with more knowledge soon.

I plan on changing the risers as well I know the stock bars are 1”. I don’t like the aftermarket risers that came in the bike when purchased.

You will have to replace all of your cables with longer ones. The 10" apes are just short enough to let you reroute the existing cables, but the 12" are too tall. Not sure about the control fitment, as the stock bars are 1" diameter. The stock controls MAY fit on the aftermarket bars, but they may not.
