:?: :?: My bike desperatly calls for White Walls being a B/W an all. Does anyone have any suggestions on brand and size? The larger the better.

Also, I have done all the work on the bike myself but the tire change scares me for some reason or another. Should I take it to the shop since they have to balance the tires anyways?

Thanks guys!!

I'm due for a change also . I'm going to have the dealer do it . I've done all the wrench work on mine too , but , they have the proper tools for this sort of thing , and I don't know if I have the patience for it ...
BTW , do you remember when MotorcycleMonk posted pics right after he got his whitewalls . They look sweet !
Maybe a few of the members who have them would be able to share their info on what make , and how much we should expect to pay .
That would be cool 8) :D 8)

Thanks.

White walls

I have just put wide whites on my R&B Vol. Dunlops, ride is a bit stiffer of course they are harder compound according to the dealer. Cost 350.00 mounted and balanced. Sure makes the bike look its age... if you know what I mean. Looks like a 50's hog.... Had a harley rider ask me what it was..........said she looked like a Hawg.......didn't matter the make.

Woody's had the "look" for a while .
I think maybe one of the first I saw with the white walls , was Motorcycle Monk . That was a while back .

Hey Mike I found my way back here sorry it took so long. I can't find my receipt but I do know the front was 109.95 + 42.50 from the dealer to mount and balance the tires. I think the back was about 30.00 more sorry I will keep looking for the receipt.
