Volusia's had them all years, then when they switched to the C50 name they lost it for two years. In 2007 they brought the gauge back. No idea about the turn signal indicator.
That's what your odometer is for. Reset it at each fuel stop and when you approach 120 miles or so, start looking for gas! I mean, of all the bikes I have ever owned, NONE of them had a fuel gauge.
