Waiting for more to come out on this. Word is he had a DUI in May. If that is truly the case then he shouldn't have even had a license as here in Mass it is automatically suspended for DUI.The news about the driver of the truck being arrested on the 7 counts of negligent homicide is part of what
we were waiting to hear. We still want to know more of the accident itself.
If that is indeed illegal substances found at his home.....it sheds a little more light on things.
We'll see what comes out of it all....no matter what, whether he was under the influence, distracted, or even blinded by the sun, it's a tragic accident that will affect many for the rest of their lives.
