Whenever I'm "trying" to use the Tapatalk App on my Galaxy S9+ it keeps telling to to log in! It asks if I'm "10-64" to which I respond "Yes - Log Me In", and it always says "Authentication failed, please log inwith your User name and Password"


WTF............. I am logged in. All the other Forums I'm following are OK. It's just this one for VolusiaRiders.


Anyone else ever have this problem?


How do I fix it?

You might try clearing the cache on the app. It that doesn't help, clear data and cache and start from scratch but logging into everything again.

If you're still having issues after clearing data and cache on the app, the only thing I can suggest is to use the mobile site for a bit and try later. I've had Tapatalk through a hissy fit on me and refuse to work for a week or two. Nothing seemed to make it work and then suddenly it started working again. I'm not having any issues with the app at the moment, but you never know when it might start.

maybe server was probably down that time, I use it everyday on my iphone 10S Max never ran into that problem.
