Might as well get the ball rolling on next years fall rally here in the northeast...was decided last month to return to the same venue for 2022 and add an extra day for anyone interested...arrangements have been made with Simon at the Klitzhoff Inn to lock up a few rooms for our Thursday-Sunday Weekend of Sept 15-18...

Note from Simon...
Got the whole Inn booked out to you Sep 15 – 18.
Have people call to book. It will appear booked online but it is just blocked out for your group.
Simon

the rates will be the same as last year...
2 nights’ accommodation with breakfast each morning inc. service + tax - NO DINNER
Rates do not include alcoholic beverages, housekeeping or dining gratuities.
Double Occupancy (2 per room) $ 235.00
Triple Occupancy (3 per room) 2 rooms only $ 297.00
Single Occupancy (1 per room) $ 192.00

please be aware these rates are for 2 nites...

if you plan on attending for the third nite also add for another nite...
single $96.00
double $117,50
triple $148.50

Feel free to visit there site

Mount Snow Lodging, Kitzhof Inn at Mount Snow Vermont - Kitzhof InnKitzhof Inn | Mount Snow Vermont

and scroll thru their room photos to see what fits your preference in accomodations.

The inn, for those who weren't there in 2021, is unique, each room a different flavor, nice outside fireplace with unlimited wood for the taking and burning. In the event of inclement weather, several sitting areas inside as well as a self service bar area with a large frig available for use by the guests. Not your typical motel...worked out nice last year and the reason we voted as a group to return there....good hosts...not to mention a delicious breakfast included with the room rate and some great riding roads.

***Please make note that Simon the owner, does have a strict policy on cancelations, so be aware if you decide/need to cancel, read the fine print to avoid any misunderstandings should this become an issue, feel free to contact him with any questions before booking. Some places we have stayed at in the past have been perhaps more cancel friendly, unfortunately this is a business and to lock up a room and then at the last minute have it become empty...well, just something too consider before reserving a room.

Hope you can join us....be if for 1, 2, or all 3 nites.

I won't be able to make it this year. I'll be at the end of a 52-mile hike in Glacier National Park, checking off a bucket list trip!

my moneys on ken crawling the last 12 miles but still finishing...
The first couple of days will be the most difficult in terms of terrain. If I can make it through those, I'll be fine. Definitely a big physical challenge for me, but now that my back is in somewhat decent shape (for now), I can start hitting the local trails.

just a friendly bump...as mentioned by Pete at this past weekends Yankee Rally...reminding those considering attending, we are hoping a few more on the fence make their reservations before the place is filled from the outside. Our contract with Simon, the owner, had him holding/putting aside, 10 rooms for the group until June 1st, at which point he would release the remainder unreserved to the general public as fall weekend riding in Vermont can be quite the riding experience...those who can't commit to the full weekend may just want to consider joining us with an overnite saturday nite stay and enjoy the company at the fireside chat.
