I know what you mean, they can be really tight and hard to back out.

They have some really tough thread locker on them, so even when you get 'em broke loose they come out really hard, try some PB Blaster to loosen 'em up.

I needed a breaker bar to break mine loose.

An impact wrench would do the trick too.

I tried "everything" before I broke down and had the dealer "drill them out", and replace them with new bolts!

I stripped 2 of the 4 Bolts and only managed to actually get 1 of them out before giving up. That was WITH an impact. I think I’m going to end up welding nuts on them, so I can use a socket and breaker bar to get them out. For now...... I’m just not removing them 🤣

You WD40'd them and let that soak for awhile before you tried to get those old bolts out right?
