I went to the rusk site and printed out instrutions on removal of stock grips, the only thing not clear to me is when you unscrew the end weights are you supposed to lossen and pull? or take off completly and work on grip?
Thanks :?: :?: :?:

No - loosen and pull the weights out. DO NOT REMOVE THE SCREW COMPLETELY or your will lose the other half of the endweight inside the handle bar.

Once the endweights are out of the bar, you can start working on the grips.

If the screw does come out completey then you might be able to retrieve the expansion bung with the hook end of a bicycle spoke before it slides down too far.

I used WD-40 and squirted it in side the grips to loosen the glue.

If you get a coat hanger and make it look like I did you should get the picture pretty clear as to how to do this. JimmyG

All that from a coat hanger and a can of WD-40. JimmyG

The WD-40 breaks the glue free, it disolves it. Just twirl the coat hanger in your fingers and walk it around the grip inbetween the handle bars and the grips.
