Here is a thread where a member covered one of his air holes on the filter housing and found improvement running a K&N.I have heard of people covering part of a k&n to reduce airflow to bring it back to about what a stick filter is. Does anyone have an idea of how much to cover and what kind of material to cover it with?
You don't have to get pissy about it. None of the answers were useless. They all made sense. People here try to help through the most logical means. Lose the attitude as we're having a discussion here. If you already know what you want to hear just talk to yourself. We're not mind readers. That link is here: www.wearemindreaderswhoknowwhatRh2racingwantstohear.orgI already had ordered a new filter. The reason I was asking was to see if it was the reason for my problems not that I thought I had to explain myself. The reason I ask questions may not be apparent but I need the answer to them none the less. I just don't want people to give out useless (to me) advice when all I want us a straight answer. I wonder what the forum looks like when people ask about making their ride faster, maybe "get a gixxer"?

It's almost time to say bye bye Rh2racing. With a name like that someone would think you have all the mechanical answers. Why are you asking us? What did you race? Big wheels? I'm thinking you're a kid who wants to be a big man. How old are you?Oh and beezer go jump in a lake
