I don't see this feature in the revamped site now. Is it hiding somewhere? A good way to connect with a member without revealing contact info to everyone.

Looks like you have to go into their profile to do it. Click on the user's avatar to go there, then choose "start conversation" in their profile. Not the most direct way, but it's there.

Actually, it's easier than that. I can't believe I didn't notice it at first. Hover over their avatar and you'll see "Message" in the bottom right of the box that pops up.
