Hey guys I looked around and I really like these side burner pipes from hard krome I’ve wanted them for a while but they say they don’t have them for my 04 volusia but they have them for a 05 c50 lol is there any change in exhaust header mounting angles or is it the exact same mounting angles and would fit perfectly fine? Any solid knowledge would be greatly appreciated gents

They will fit, when I had my 02 Volusia I put a set on it from an 07 C50.
Some newer models have the O2 sensor bungs on them that would need to be plugged but you shouldn’t run into that if it’s from an 05.

There has been no changes to the underlying engine block, or exhaust system since the bike was introduced in 2001. In an effort to meet EPA emissions standards, they introduced O2 sensors, but the exhaust remained fundamentally unchanged.
