Ok, I have an 04 Suzuki Boulevard c50. I recently just knocked the dust off after a couple of months. I went to crank it and nothing happened. No lights, fuel pump or anything. I tried charging my battery for an hr or so. After I reinstalled it I tried again...NOTHING. I went and bought a new battery very confident that I would go riding. Went to crank..NOTHING. Ive checked the 30amp fuse at the battery and all of the fuses below the tool box kit. They all seem to be fine. Heres the kicker. I hooked up my battery charger and tried to turn it over and all it does it stutter. The I remove the charger I get nothing. Only have power when its connected. Can anyone help?

My first suspect would be battery terminals and more importantly the main GROUND wire. Its very easy to remove the ground wire completely to clean and inspect, then do the same for the pos wire.
Try that first. It is also POSSIBLE that the new battery is toast, though unlikely. A multimeter would be your friend here
