Not sure what is wrong. Bike rides and shifts fine. I park it after a long ride, put it in neutral and then when I go to start it the next day it is in gear and I can't get it into neutral with the clutch. I have to start it that way and it will then let me pull the clutch and go into neutral. I checked the oil and that is between the lines when level. This had started:bigoops: to happen daily. Advice please. Thanks in advance!

The gremlins are trying to tell you that you should leave it in gear when you park it. I have no other explanation, sorry.

How many miles are on your clutch?

Is it actually going in gear or is it a bad neutral switch making you think its in gear ?

Leave it in first when parking it. It's your only parking brake. As far as getting it out into neutral when starting, rock it forward & back with your right foot while playing with the shifter, clutch lever pulled in of course.

Are you sure that it is in neutral?
Does the bike lurch forward when starting with the clutch pulled in?
That is normal for the bike to do this. I have had two c50's now with over 100,000 kms of riding on them and both of them did this. The oil gets cold and the plates stick. Feels like it is in gear but isn't.
