I am about to go naked with the airbox and pair valve removal and, at the same time, put on HK 3" big straight res-tecs..(2004 Vol.)..

Wondering if there is anyone who has the same setup out there that will share the jet sizes and settings they went with on the carb?

I have searched and seen many posts but would like to hear from someone who has done same setup to increase my success rate..

Greatly Appreciated.

also, as i was lookin on the motoryclecarbs.com site, I have no idea which numbers to go off of.

MIKUNI MAIN JET N208.099 #147.5
MIKUNI MAIN JET N208.099 #150
MIKUNI MAIN JET N208.099 #155
MIKUNI MAIN JET N208.099 #160

MIKUNI PILOT JET N224.103 #37.5
MIKUNI PILOT JET N224.103 #40

Do the above look correct??
Use these numbers for main jets --Mikuni Main Jet N102.221
& for the pilots -- Mikuni Pilot Jet N224.103
You might want to add a
MIKUNI MAIN JET N102.221 #152.5 to the above list.
I realy don't think you'll need anything bigger than a 152.5 main though, especially with stock pipes even if debaffled/demickyed. There's still a lot of back pressure with the stock pipe headers compared to aftermarket exhaust systems.

Thanks V01rider.

Went to motorcyclecarbs website.. It seems to be down with problems. I have everything except the pilot jet at this point. Is it manditory to replace the pilot jet?

Does anyone know of other sources for it... a Canadian source would be great to avoid border delays..

Thanks
