It is in good shape but the lock part of the latch is missing. You can find them on Ebay for $20. The lid tether cable is intact.
I'm including 2 backrests and the chrome luggage rack.
Before being painted gloss black, I filled the rack holes for a smoother look. You'll need to drill these out of you want to install the rack.
