Sometimes, it feels like the engine is able to make half a revolution

History--
I haven't started the motorcycle in around 2months+
I just replaced engine oil and brake fluid--
and this is my attempt to start the bike right after the fluids have been replaced.
I'm quite confident I didn't screw anything up replacing those fluids--

Fuel tank is practically full, had it filled around 3 months ago.

Any assistance or direction towards the issue would be deeply depply appreciated. Thanks so much!!

Your battery is dead. There isn't enough juice to kick the starter over and crank the engine. Go buy a trickle charger and charge the battery.
