I am having trouble finding an after market exhaust for my 2017 Boulevard C50. None are listed for 2017 and most only go as far as 2009. Will other years fit my 2017? Looking for Vance and Hines or Cobra but will consider anything at this point. Nothing outrageously loud but definitely want louder than the original pipes.
Also are there O2 sensors in the 2017?

please look at other post reference OEM and aftermarket exhaust , you may change your mind. I'm not going to try to change your mind but I can tell you without a doubt Cobra is Extremely Loud. Most of the people in this forums have gone back from aftermarket pipes to OEM. Read the other post and make your decision. ?. In the meantime enjoy your bike. I love mine.

There is a ton of information on this forum, but here is the link to most recent "back to stock" threads: https://www.volusiariders.com/70-jets-injectors-pipes/416626-c50-back-stock-exhaust-question.html

I went back to stock exhaust, and love it! That said, don't let anybody stop you from modding your bike the way you want to! You might actually like the result.

From what I understood there is very little changed from 2009 to 2019 bikes, so exhausts that are marked for 2009 will work on 2019 and backwards. Aside from that, electronics might be a bit updated, but as far as aftermarket exhausts come, they are usually the same for all years with one notable exception: some variations come with an O2 sensor, other's don't.

You could probably check visually if your bike has one or not (wire going into a sensor on the exhaust pipe). Below link shows a parts drawing for different types of 2017 exhausts, where O2 sensor is marked part # 37 for C50 variation VL800 - E33 (California Only). I believe E33 bikes that are sold in CA need the O2 sensor and different ECU map (?) to be street legal: bikebandit.com.

Aftermarket exhausts specialize in one thing. Noise.

On sub litre bikes, that noise is loud and raspy. The only two exhausts I have ever experienced that were good were the Roadhouse 2 into 1and the Roadburner Double Eagle, neither of which are made anymore.

If your bike has O2 sensors, you will see them in the header pipe. Look for a wire lead. If they are not there, any year will fit. Suzuki hasn't updated the bike in 20 years.
