Hello everyone. I have an '01 Volusia. My daughter is getting interested in riding and working on motorcycles, so I'll be doing more work on my motorcycles to teach her. I'll be looking for ideas & suggestions. So far the only changes to my bike have been: Memphis Windshield, Saddlebags, Cobra pipes and I rejetted the carb. Possible future projects: batwing fairing, heated grips, & auxiliary lighting.

welcome to the family...kudos to your daughter for the interest. Hopefully she takes the MSF course and starts with a good riding foundation.

Welcome, also from New York (northern Catskills).

Lots of great info here; you've come to the right place.

Welcome from NYC! If your daughter is old enough to ride, MSF class is a wonderful way to start riding. It is a bit of $, but well worth it in the long run. Depending on where you are in NY State, there is a number of wonderful roads.
