How's it going guys I am in the process of modifying my 07' c50 into a bobber and i want to put some taller handlebar risers. What is the max inches i can go with an 07' C50 without having to replace any cables for longer ones. I was thinking about putting 5.5'' risers but if its too much I'll go with 4.5 risers.

I also read that the 07 C50 came with shorter cables.

Thanks all info will be appreciated.

Sorry but I have a 2005 and my cables are long enough for 12" ape bars but I hear the 07 has much shorter cables. I put the new risers next to my stock riser and it wouldn't take much cable to make it there but these members here know far more than I do so I guess they would not work for you. Sorry :(

I put the 1 3/4 inch jim's spacers on my 08 C50T about 2 weeks ago. I would say it was the max for my throttle cable without switching it to the other side of the triple tree. Still had plenty of room with clutch and brake cables. I was surpised at how much of a postive difference it made. Should have done it a couple years ago.
