I am getting ready to debaffle, do I automatically have to re-jet?? What happens if I don't??

I believe it's the air filter that requires the re-jet (01-04 models, 05+ is FI), so debaffling should have no effect as far as that goes.

It is not necessary to change your air intake and/or filter to debaffle. If you just debaffle and leave the air filter alone you will not have to re-jet unless you notice a marked decrease in low and mid-range power. That's your clue. If you change you air intake system and increase the air volume going into your engine you WILL have to re-jet or you might burn your valves.
