I am sure this has been covered, tried searching, not sure about the job I am about to tackle. How difficult is it to replace front brake pads and do a fluid flush? Have a kit coming for the fluid, tips and tricks would be helpful. (I do have a manual, will follow that as well.)
Thanks.

A lot easier than on a car. Did you order the replacement brake hose? It is supposed to be replaced every 4 years.

Thanks for the reply, no, have not replaced the hose, was looking at them but could not figure out the dimensions, choices were between length and fitting sizes, 7/16, 3/8.... 40'....
Any input on that would be great.

Very easy with decent instructions. Take your time, you'll be fine. And, a good time to make the best, easiest braking improvement you can -- replace the brake line with a braided stainless line. Check parts sites like Revzilla and you can find out by model and year what line fits your bike.

Thanks for the info. I went to Revzilla, did see that they have all the OEM parts I would need to complete the job however, did not see the braided line you mentioned. I have an SOS out to them to see what they may be able to help with.
