Has anyone had any success with making some? If ao what kind of materials did you use and what kind of plans did you go off of. My only real costs would be materials and buying beer for my dad who builds racecars and does all sorts of fabrication work.

Thanks

Shouldn't be hard to make if you've got a pipe bender and welder. I'd reckon any material good enough for race frames would be good enough for Hwy Bars.

Plenty of pics on the web to copy from, just be careful with clearance that your lean angle has maxed out before the Hwy Bars touch the road.

+1 on the measurements. In fact, you might want to find someone with prefab crash bars and take some measurements before you go for it. Other than that, the only limitation I can think of is getting them finished after they're made.
