I changed the turn signals and shorted something checked all the fuses thay are all good,bike has an aftermarket horn could I have blown the horn relay?
Turn signals, horn ,taillights and speedo all don't work now...🤔

You could definitely have a short, but that sounds a lot like a blown fuse and a short would typically cause a fuse to blow. I'd go back over all of the wiring you messed with carefully and double-check it. Hang out in the lounge a bit and see if someone comes along with some better ideas. While you're in there, don't forget to restock the beer in the fridge and brew a fresh pot of coffee.

C50 or Volusia??? You checked both sets of fuses? The ones under the seat, and the ones under the side cover shown as #17 below

It's a Volusia and my fuses are on the exhaust side of the bike and under the seat...it also has an air horn In the same circuit that has a relay that I have ordered

Yeah, if you only checked the under seat ones, pull the cover where #17 shows and check those fuses. You should see the blown fuse there.
