What is the real difference in the two? Looks to me that the show chrome are not as big but bigger than oem. Will the show chrome offer tbe bike less protection than the cobra? Also I have short legs should this play any part in my final choice?

I have the cobras and they do protect the bike ,except for tail lights. I refuse to answer how I know .

Cobra do cut into how much you can lean in a turn.

the show chrome looks like it will let you lean a little more and allow for a more uneven road surface while turnning.
