Hey guys. Tried adjusting my clutch and cables today and while following the sticky guide on here I noticed the release assembly has some extra movement in it. Once the lock nut was tightened up and I actuated the clutch it appeared to have 1-2mm or so of side to side movement in the release assembly and didn't appear to be moving the same distance on each side. I'm guessing this isn't normal?

It's an 09 c50. I'm ok with replacing clutches and have done a few on my ducatis but I've never done any release assemblies. How is this replaced and does anyone have a part number? I'm going to try a fresh oil change with high quality oil and a new release assembly to rectify my clutch slipping under hard acceleration before condemning the clutch plates themselves.

Nevermind, just went ahead and ordered the plates, springs and gasket to do the clutch. I commute on this thing and it's best idea to just do it. Hopefully the release assembly is OK once I replace the plates.
