I am in need of "stiffening" the shock, (I know that opens me up to some creative jokes...lol) I have thought of sending mine to traxxion to get a higher load rated coil, but......I was looking at the C90 springs and was wondering if it would bolt right up. Surely it has a higher load rated coil. Anyone out there with some input?

I have a C90 and a C50....I'll go home tonight and look at them, but off the top of my head I don't think it'll work.

I looked pretty hard....I think it may fit. I didn't get down and do any measurements, it was just too cold out there in the shop last night.

I checked eBay and you can pick up a C90 shock pretty cheap. I'd go get one for a C90T (that's what I have), I believe the rear spring on the "T" have a higher spring rate.

Ohlins used to make aftermarket shocks for C50's. I wonder if you can find just the spring?

Or you can make a cylindrical shim and install it under the spring to stiffen things up.
