As it says. I'm struggling to get this damn thing out. Any ideas? Cheers

When I changed mine, I used a dental pick. It slid behind the seal, then rotated 90* to allow me to pull it out. When I put it back in, I used some gear lube to coat the new seal, then a piece of PVC that was the same diameter to tap it back in uniformly.

I'll see what I can find. Cheers.

I always just change it when I lube the splines. Since I'm changing it, I just grab a screwdriver and pop it out.
