Met with the GI surgeon today. We are scheduling her Whipple procedure for some time between June 3-10, depending on OR availability. She's got her CT scan on the 19th, but unless there's something really bad in the scan, he says he plans on moving forward with the procedure. After the procedure, the chemotherapist plans on completing the standard chemo regimen she has been on, which is 12 infusions. She's had 7 infusions so far, so that means she'll get 5 more, every other week for 10 weeks. Looking at the calendar, we'll hopefully be done by Labor Day.

She's doing great right now, it's sometimes hard to remember that she has cancer, except for the thinned hair.

We're headed down to Destin, FL to visit her mom and dad this weekend. Hopefully it's uneventful.

As always, thanks for all of the support and prayers.
