Well, I've agreed to let the old girl go for $2700. A young guy checked her out today and we agreed on the price, gonna settle up tomorrow evening. I was hoping for closer to $3000 but hey, it's February, a buyer's market, and I got great deal on my V-Star 1300. I'll miss her but the buyer was really excited about taking her home.
This is a great forum with a lot of helpful, friendly members. I've enjoyed participating and just lurking around. Ride safe!
No kidding! I wanted to tell the new owner to be careful loading her on the trailer, but I had the cash in my hand so.......
The cool thing is the buyer is local and just starting to ride so we talked about getting together on our bikes. Will be fun to see the bike again and what he does to make it his own.
I was suppose to do that with the guy that bought mine, I even know him but we have yet to ride together.
Now he has move about 5 hours away.
