How do you get your bike up on that stand?

Reply to both above. You jack your bike up, slip this under, then lower the jack. On all jacks I have seen there is enough room to do this. Several on the site here use these.

The stand is adjustable and should accomodate all bike jacks.. at least all that I have seen.
