So I mounted a new Dunlop D404 front tire tonight in preparation of nicer weather, but noticed that my brake pads may be getting a little thin ? What does everyone think, do these look normal or are they due to be replaced ?

The pads have a built in service limit indicator. That is the grooves cut along its surface. Your pads are worn, but still in spec. if you feel the need to replace them, the EBC sintered front pads have a lot more bite than OEM. Also, the front brake line is expected to be REPLACED every 4 years. It would be a good time to get a Galfer's braided brake line and swap it out as well.
