What actually goes wrong with the tensioners that requires replacing them? I bought my 2003 VL800 for cheap and I'm having a hard time spending almost $1000 dollars in parts...

  2. HELP!
    Hey new to this forum and new to bikes. Just got a 05 vl800 c50 AMD replaced the cam chains and tensioners. I forgot to note where the timing was when I toke it apart. Can anyone help me out with that? I got a Manuel downloaded but I cant quiet get how to do it. Any replies appreciated.
