2006 c50 Boulevard

Can anyone tell me whether or not the think my bike was been programmed? I took it to Suzuki And they told me that being I had aftermarket exhaust and aftermarket air filter that it had to be programmed being that it runs perfect? Idk. I bought it with the exhaust already and I installed an aftermarket cold air filter myself. Runs great actually better with the aftermarket air filter. Idk though just thought I would ask everyone’s opinion.
