If your pants will hold them CE armor in the knees.
I wear bohn armored pants under my Kevlar jeans.
I’m in the been down club and it sucks but it would have been much worse without my gear.
I’d add steel toe boots to the list, I didn’t have mine on and spent 13 months rehabbing strained ligaments in my right toe.
I almost put on my half helmet before that ride and that would have been a huge mistake because my chin was the first thing to hit the ground.

|atlsrt44||Who doesn't love road rash? Before you buy any riding jeans try a few pairs on. Some of them fit pretty weird|

|Whiskey||Sorry to hear about your off, but I'm glad your gear did it's job. Just remember how quick it happened if you're hot and thinking about peeling off your jacket in the future.|

Glad to hear you're okay after the accident.

There are two types of riders...Those who have fallen and those who haven't...yet. You have moved to the fallen category and survived to tell the tail. Glad to see that you survived and that the bike damage was manageable. You have learned first hand the meaning of ATGATT and the value of a full-face helmet. You might want to look into something like the Bohn underarmour and combine them with something like Daluth Firehose Jeans. The combo works for me, since I don't fit most tech jeans.
Ride Safe & Often
