Hey Dennis - I was able to do a few laps around the driveway yesterday, and the recovery is going well. Should be moving to a cane soon.

Only side effect that is giving me fits right now is the low grade fever and night sweats. I wake up with soaked sheets every night, and haven’t had a decent night’s sleep since I’ve been home. All very normal and should last another week or so.

Keep up the rehab, Ken. We're all still pulling for you.

I can head East or West, it doesn't matter as long as it's on 2 wheels.

Glad to hear you are doing well. If you want a pie, I will bring one down to you. You deserve it.

Keep your rubber on the road and your feet on the pegs and have a good ride.

Peace,

Unfortunately true. I remember the lousy sleep well -- it was more annoying than the post-op pain.

But the worst is already behind you, my friend.

Glad to hear you are mobile brother. A "new" friend to me...he had to stop riding for so long because his hip was just a wreck. He finally got his replaced and said it was the best decision he ever made. He's in the saddle again (but was already riding when I met him, so I don't know how long ago this was) and he's riding like there's no tomorrow. Hope you will be back in the saddle very soon.

Ok..I was NOT home-schooled, but that is neither hear nor their.
