Rough times ahead

About a year ago my dad was diagnosed with cancer in one of his kidneys. They removed the kidney and hit him with some rough chemo. He's been doing well, but I just found out from my mom that he's been admitted to the VA. Apparently he's been having digestive issues for a few weeks now. The doctors think he may have a cancerous growth in his intestines that is blocking things up and preventing his stomach from emptying. We likely won't know for sure until Monday, but for now they're pumping his stomach and watching.

That would be bad enough, but about a week ago my father-in-law started coughing up blood and went to the hospital. They determined that he was having some heart issues. They went in yesterday and did a quadruple bypass on him. They said that he's already had a number of small heart attacks that he didn't even realize happened.

Any and all prayers and thoughts are appreciated. Hopefully we make it through this.

That would

Prayers sent.

They thought my dad had intestinal blockage but it turned out his intestines had twisted. He hated doctors, so by the time he got checked, it had already tore in quite a few spots. They DID get him patched up and he went back to being dad.

I can head East or West, it doesn't matter as long as it's on 2 wheels.
