Bogging tends to indicate a lean condition, you get that "whaaaaaa" sucking sound, and it probably runs better if you roll off the gas a little.
If you're too rich, you tend to get spits, sputters, and uneven power, kind of a herky jerky feel. If you can observe the bike is probably blowing brown smoke out and stinks of fuel.
I scrolled through the jetting page and I see that 155 is the recommended size, but going up almost 20 sizes over a drop-in air filter seems pretty extreme. The stock airbox has a lot more to do with airflow than the filter. I'd go down a few sizes (try a 145) and see if the issue gets better or worse.
Also, the practical limit on the fuel screw is about 3 turns. Past that, it's "wide open" and further turns will not deliver more fuel. The useable adjustment range is between 1 and 3 turns. If you find yourself less than 1 turn, go down a size on the pilot. If you're going beyond 3 turns, go up a size. That really only effects idle to maybe 1/8th throttle. Beyond that it has virtually no effect.
