Head pipes

Has anyone ever used the stock head pipes on a C50 to make straight pipes

"04" Volusia 800 Limited

"08" C50 W/ Voyager kit

Not much to gain, other than noise. The stock head pipe is like 1" in diameter. Most of the meat that you see is chrome dressing.

I understand what your saying . wasn't looking to gain anything but noise really and aftermarket straights are so expensive.
