C50 Power Commander question

Hello there...Mr. Ignorance back regarding fuel injection

If I had a 2005 fuel injected C50, which has V&H pipes and has a power commander on it now.....and I put stock pipes from a 2007 C50 on it but also wanted to remove the power commander from it....is there an ability to basically have that 2005 bike go back to a stock set up / settings....without getting it professionally done.
Basically, thats what I'm trying to do with the 2005 c50...take it back in time.

All you would have to do is remove the aftermarket fuel controller and the stock ECU would take over. No additional programming needed.
