This gives info on the 2 kits I bought. Fuel processor is on the way, so these are not yet installed - can't give a review yet. SUPER nice people do deal with, though.

nkd-boul-usia-filter kit $55.00

UPDATE!!
My kits are available for the carbed Volusia, the injected C50 and the M50. Volusia's will need a re-jet, and the C and M will need a fuel processor. The re-jet/processor are NOT included. You get everything you need to remove the chrome football, and hide the filter.

Cost for the kit is $55 including shipping to anywhere in the 48 states.
A $13 shipping charge will apply to Canada/Alaska/Hawaii
A $32 shipping charge will apply to anywhere else.

Send me an email, with your email address, shipping address, and if you have a carbed Volusia or an injected C/M50.
I will send you a PayPal invoice, and once paid, I will ship to you.
Because the email alerts for PM's do NOT work, the best way to get in touch with me is by email at

For the full naked jugs experience, you also need to remove the PAIR valve. Find out how at http://www.moccsplace.com/images/pair/pair.htm
(And tell Moccasin Mike that Jim sent you)

I put a K&N in mine and drilled the box, then added Cobra pipes and a Cobra FS2000R and it has plenty of get up and go now. No problem on the freeways or hills and I can keep up with all the other cruisers. It is what it is. Not meant to be a superbike.

The only stupid question is the question never asked.

Suzuki Gel Seat, Gman shift bushing, Breakaway cruise control, Cobra Fi2000R, K & N, Cobra Streetrod Slashdowns.

I have an 07 c50 also, 22k miles on it...just put new Cobra pipes, fuel modulator thingy and a K&N air filter kit on it...and still have no power at 70mph. I can barely get it to 75, and that's at full throttle. I LOVE this bike, it has a custom paint job and is one of the coolest looking bikes plus it rides great. I know the module needs reset and haven't been able to find the info on what settings to use. Any ideas?

Could it be the transmission? It has great power up to 70 but after that it just feels like that's it's top speed. I want enough power to pass traffic if needed, not interested in crotch rocket speed if that makes sense.

Somethings not right. I ride a Tollway at 80mph (indicated) everyday commuting and have plenty of power in reserve to pass. V/H pipes, Power Commander, K&N filter. 90mph plus is not out of the question for me. Lots of wind movement at that speed and the bike is almost too light, so its for passing only...

You really should start your own thread and not dig up one from 4 years ago. That said, how old is your clutch? Slight slipping could be causing the RPMs to run higher and you could be hitting the rev limiter at 70. You might also want to check the mapping on your fuel modulator thingy, also known as a fuel processor.

I did Cobra StreetRods a fuel processor and I was lucky enough to get a Thunder Mfg. Tornado intake kit. I was on a budget when I got the exhaust, I should have waited until I had more cash cause the Street Rods are freakin' loud. They aren't bad from idle but they get real raspy when you're at highway speeds. Check out GMan Industries for some cool stuff.
