Pipes

Well, I haven't been to the site in a while now, but I have the DG HardChrome 3" Straights, with a re-jet and K&N Filter. The bike runs better but I wasn't quite prepared for the sound. They are on the verge of being too loud. I know that some of you probably think that pipes can't be TOO loud, but there it is. I love the look of the pipes, and they do sound fantastic, but is there any way to tone them down a bit? I have been told that you can wrap the baffles with HeatIntensive Silicone cloth. Is there such a thing? I would appreciate the help because I would rather not have to replace them after all the trouble.

Thanks,
Talon

So far, some of the best prices that I have seen have been on either CruiserCustomizing.com or OneidaSuzuki.com.....Their prices are almost always better than from the dealers and even the factory.

hey, Wingnut,

There's another really good place that has sprung up in the last year and they are constantly adding inventory on their website. Others have gone here too and have received great prices on their exhaust pipes.

Check out http://www.boulevardsuzuki.com/ and you'll also find some really good deals on pipes.

And, of course, there's always Eric on this website. Search on his name and you'll see what I mean. A lot of people swear by him and his quick response time and great "customer first" manners

Hey all,

I haven't updated this in awhile but I wanted to find out if anybody else had come across more videos for ANY pipes. Let me know and I'll add them.

I just added the Roadhouse 2 to 1 courtesy of cruzer_guy. Very nice video....he took a little time to make it look good.

Enjoy.

Thanks so much for posting this...I have been looking everywhere to find places to listen to different sets of pipes for the C50. I especially like Basshole's Straight Shots! Now if I could just put them inside the stock pipes to get that look I'd be all set!!! I like them to look big and chunky
