I have in my possesion the book Proficient Motorcycling. It came to me back when the VOL board was still in existence. While I was still reading it my family moved and the book was packed in a box. I found the box a few days ago, and I would like to start the book circulating again if anyone is interested. After you are done reading it sign it and send it to the next person on the list. Be sure to edit your post once you've received the book so everyone knows who the next one is to get it.
If there are enough interested people perhaps we could get this stickied.
Yep, I was waiting for so long I bought the book also.
Excellent, then sending it up to Canada wouldn't even phase you now that you have it out of your system, right?
Which one. There are 2 that I have.
And if I send it to you, you have to read it! Also the rules do apply in the US, not just Canada.
I was the one that sent it to gymmrat a couple years ago.....and I got flamed a little for losing it.....but I knew that I mailed it. gymmrat must have been in the middle of the move....and never saw the threads.....I think the site went down right after that anyway. I'm Glad the book has resurfaced.
I should have thought of that too. I also got Reg Pridmore's "Smoth Operator" or something like that. Both books are great and I put to practice almost everyting in both books. You can nver be too safe.
Plus not having taken the MSF course, I was not cognizant of the term "covering the brake". Nowadays that's one thing I practice all the time.
