I did the ICE on my cell phone, and I also let everyone on my email list know about it too.

What a great Idea!

Caring that medical information is a good idea.

Another good idea is to have a list of all medication you take. Doctors name allergies etc. and keep it in your bathroom wall cabinet where you keep your medicines. The aid persons can find it when they look to see what medication you take.

A year ago when the Shrivo case appeared on the T.V. it made me more aware of having some advanced directives. Our hobby is a little more risky than some hobbies. I decided to have my wishes wrote down. With my job they offered a Peace of Mind packet along with a form that is magnetic on your fridge- "file of life" What you had mentioned is a good form to carry with you and to remind us to get our affairs in order. None of us want to think of these things, my husband included. Which he hasn't filled out any forms except to tell me, " NO LIFE SUPPORT" . but all cases are different.
