No, it's a Road Radio sold by a Harley Dealer in Michigan.
Actually, that radio has been gone as well as that windshield, for at least 8 years.

Oh, I see. Fairing with speakers is a better setup in my opinion. Thanks for info though.

@Numscul, another bit of advice you might not have heard elsewhere:

Whatever happens when you're installing the bag supports, do not remove all the bolts from your fender at the same time. If you do, it'll be murder getting them back in again! (Yeah, ask me how I know.)

Plan it out so you have no more than two bolts out of the fender at any time.
