Best Seat for Taller Rider - C50

Hello all,

Riding a 2017 C50T. Love the bike, hate my ass after about 50 miles without a break. I road about 500 miles over 3 days and by the end was just tired of it. Have another big ride planned in about a month so now I am looking at seats.

I am 6'2" with a 34" inseam. I was looking at the Mustang but reviews state the seat moves you forward a bit. I am already to far forward and if anything would love to move back. Is this really the case? If so, what other seat comes as recomended? Ultimate? https://ultimateseats.ca/suzuki-moto...-seats/2R-1240

or Saddleman's?

https://www.saddlemen.com/explorerô-...-series-suzuki

Looking for advice from someones who has been there.

Thanks!

found with my Volusia, the mustang was a great replacement, but like you,,,also long legs...so added hiway pegs to my cobra bars and it made a big difference...the plus side of the Ultimate seat is, it gives you the comfort of the mustang with the seat fit of the oem.

Whats the big hurry...slow down and enjoy the ride!

Welcome to the VRF....Look into mustang and ultimate seats...Saw these two during Ocean City Bike Week and the look and felt great...Good luck.

The Ultimate does look nice. I am afraid of the Mustang as I have read (and on my buddys Vulcan felt) it moves you forward an inch or so and more onto the tank. I DO NOT want that at all.

Veloccity, I had Frank at Spencer’s Seat Mods, greatdaytoride.com mod my oem seat.
Before I could only get a good hour out of the oem seat now I ride and don’t get butt fatigue after riding 3-4 hours.
I’m 6-4 with a 36” inseam so I feel your pain on being cramped, that’s why I opted to have my oem seat modded.
Check out his site and email him and he can get you riding without the pain of that hump that is so evil!! Lolol
Very economical too!

There is a break in period of a coupe of hundred miles but after that it’s great. Had mine done last October and it still rides like dream.

The mustang will move you forward, so I'd go ultimate or custom made seat.

I can head East or West, it doesn't matter as long as it's on 2 wheels.
