Pretty sad state they wont return your correspondence, especially since they already got your $$.

I contacted a lawn care company recently to get a quote and they said someone would call me back
I waited till day 2, then I called someone else. Needless to say, my yard is nice and green now and
no weeds anywhere.

Good customer service is almost non existent today.

WhooHoo..................I've got the parts needed for the Cam Chain repair!
Now I've lost my Service booking slot! They said they need the bike for 2 full days. They also know I wanted it back for Tuesday (That isn't going to happen!)
I'm "hoping" I get a call tomorrow afternoon, to bring it in and they can get started tearing it down. That way if they work on it Monday, all day, there's a very slight chance that I might get it back Tuesday, late afternoon. (Fingers crossed, but the way the last few weeks have been I'm not holding out much hope)


As for "Oneida", and NOT shipping the parts the day I ordered them, or even the next day, but waiting 5 full days to ship ...............Oh well, I'm disputing the shipping charge for the "Expedited" costs with PayPal. They have intervened and we'll see what happens. I have still had no response back from Oneida.
This delay has cost my "participation" in Canada's "Highway of Hero's" Ride, and delayed my planned trip by 1 or 2 days

Like Beezer, I also heard a lot of talk about the place, but more so in a positive manner. To me it was the logical place to first check to see if they had the parts I needed, and they did.


Sure, it was the US Memorial weekend coming up. More of a reason to ship something out ASAP, especially when its only Thursday and the customer is requesting, and paying extra, for "Overnight Expedited" delivery. Then why the fock would you sit on the shipment until the Tuesday night, 5 days AFTER it was ordered, RUSH! That's the problem I'm having. That, and now you can't get them to return an email, or one with your phone number on it, to call.


F U Oneida!


Fortunately I used PayPay, and they froze the total payment of goods to Oneida, until "they" get a followup. I told them to "only" hold back on the "Delivery" charge, and to release the payment for the goods, and they said that they will freeze payment. Lets see how fast they call now.

UPDATE:


Oneida Suzuki refused to do anything, or to consider any reduction in the shipping costs. (I paid extra for the "Expedited" shipping!)



I requested "Expedited / Overnight" shipping and they decided to wait 5 days to call for "pick up".


I used to highly recommend these guys for parts. NOT ANY MORE!
