Like Beezer, I also heard a lot of talk about the place, but more so in a positive manner. To me it was the logical place to first check to see if they had the parts I needed, and they did.
Sure, it was the US Memorial weekend coming up. More of a reason to ship something out ASAP, especially when its only Thursday and the customer is requesting, and paying extra, for "Overnight Expedited" delivery. Then why the fock would you sit on the shipment until the Tuesday night, 5 days AFTER it was ordered, RUSH! That's the problem I'm having. That, and now you can't get them to return an email, or one with your phone number on it, to call.

Fortunately I used PayPay, and they froze the total payment of goods to Oneida, until "they" get a followup. I told them to "only" hold back on the "Delivery" charge, and to release the payment for the goods, and they said that they will freeze payment. Lets see how fast they call now.
