I don't even care if he's illegal, this is one we can all agree shouldn't be deported. I was reserving judgment at first, hoping that we would find out there was some sort of mechanical failure in the truck and it was just a horrible accident, but it's been long enough now I feel fairly confident that isn't the case. This guy basically murdered 7 people. Lock him up with the sexual deviants for life. They can use him for entertainment.

It's been long enough now that if there was some sort of mechanical failure on the vehicle it would have been mentioned in one of the stories. Looking at the article that Captain linked and reading about him having multiple DUIs and being caught with a crack pipe at one point I would think the safe money is on him having been intoxicated or seriously distracted in some way.

a jury of Hells Angels and let them decide his fate and then deliver the appropriate punishment in a form of justice they deem fitting.
You may have hit on something there, Dennis. Maybe we'll get lucky and they'll let him go on a technicality. I'm sure there's a Hell's Angels chapter in NH that would love to introduce themselves to him.

When he was busted last month for DUI it was at 10:15AM - he's definitely got issues. I too was hoping earlier on in the investigation that it was going to lead to being blinded by the setting sun, (it was 6:30PM and he was heading west), but it turns out he just a cocky piece of $hit addict.

I'd like about 10 minute with him out in the man cave to open up a can of whoop a$$ on him on behalf of the marines. That photo of him the day after, smiling doing the hang loose sign with his hand makes my blood boil.

Instead of resigning, the head of DMV should be put on trial for criminal negligence, alongside the rest of the people at DMV who failed to follow-up on DWI information. Who the f&&& cares if she looses $150K/year job?! Is one executive's career equal seven lives? I believe that if people were held truly accountable for their action or inaction, and actions of those working for them, there would be a lot less tragedy in this world.
