What, like a voice saying, your turn signal is on, your turn signal is on, your.........?

Or is it more like, right turn Clyde, right turn Clyde?

Garage
If it was made in Detroit it would be more like, "Hay man, your lights is on. Hey man, I said your lights is on. What, you blind and deaf too?"

My 1977 Honda750K had one, it sounded like a backup alarm.

I suppose one could just wire their Stebel into their turn signal.

I have an 01 Vol, only owner. Put one in the first year and had it in for many years. Eventually a couple of years ago found the connections were bad and it was causing problems so I tore it out It worked fine for many years. The connection was in the headlight case and I think the vibration finally got to it.

Yes. I used a piezo beeper from Radio Shack. Mounts inside under the speedo assembly. Got the information from this board and I believe a search will get it, with pictures.

Solved the turn signal 'on' for 5 miles problem. :0)

Cost a couple bucks and about 30 minutes time...
